2021 Art Curators Conference Fellowships

This year AAMC is honored to receive support to offer curators complimentary access to attend our 2021 Art Curators Conference, which will be virtual again this year. There are no fees to apply.

• AAMC Foundation Conference Fellowship for American Art Curators: for the Associate Curator level or below (including Assistant Curators, Curatorial Assistant, Curatorial Associate, sole curator at an organization, and independent curators currently contracted on a project, etc.) and working with American Art (including U.S. Latinx, Native American, Decorative Arts & Design, pre-war, Modern and Contemporary areas). This fellowship is made possible by the Henry Luce Foundation.Applications due 4PM ET on March 16, 2021.

• AAMC Foundation Conference Fellowship for Curators Experiencing Hardship: for current AAMC individual members who have been financially impacted by the pandemic to have access to our conference program. This may include both personal and professional losses, such as loss of employment, contracts, or other budget cuts, that pose a barrier to their participation. Made possible through support from the Samuel H. Kress Foundation. Applications are accepted until all positions are filled.
