Sponsor, Exhibit*, or Advertise at the Annual Meeting

The Mid-Atlantic region is home to more museums than any other part of the country. Showcase your firm, service, company, or non-profit organization to over 500 museum professionals by supporting the 2020 Mid-Atlantic Association of Museums (MAAM) Annual Meeting.

Sponsoring MAAM gives your organization visibility to a wide audience, and also helps Mid-Atlantic museum professionals make better informed decisions for their institutions.

Sponsor opportunities range from advertisements in our program to supporting furloughed museum workers. Sponsorships can also support Annual Meeting costs. Please see below for sponsorship options.

*This year, instead of an Exhibitor Expo, we will have a virtual Industry Partner Showcase on our website. This Showcase will be accessible for the entire month of October. Further information the Industry Partner Showcase is forthcoming.

Advertisement Opportunities

Since MAAM is moving online for our 2020 Conference, we will not have a printed program. However, we will have a digital program for Virtual Annual Meeting attendees.

  • E-mail Ad in MAAM’s e-news/or on website
    • $200 for members, $300 for non-members (4 slots per week available)
  • Digital Program Ads (in digital program only)
    • Quarter (1/4) page: $250 for members, $350 for non-members
    • Half (1/2) page: $400 for members, $500 for non-members
    • Full (1) page: $550 for members, $650 for non-members

Industry Partner Showcase: 

What is the Industry Partner Showcase? This will be a dedicated webpage for Annual Meeting vendors and sponsors. Vendors and sponsors must support MAAM at $500 or more to be listed. The webpage will include sponsor’s logo, link to homepage, contact information, and links to pre-recorded content (video content must be provided from vendor or sponsor).

  • Showcase Only: $500 for members, $650 non-members
  • Showcase your product or service on our dedicated Industry Partner Showcase 2 weeks prior to the Annual Meeting, during the conference and up to 1 month following the conference.
  • Benefits include: 2 Individual Memberships, logo on website with link to homepage, link to video of product, name or company name and contact information listed on website

Sponsor Opportunities

  • Benefactor: $500
    •  Support museum professionals by sponsoring memberships for multiple individuals.
    • Benefits include: 1 Individual Membership, logo on website with link to homepage, acknowledgement in General Session, name or company name listed on website
    • $500 level supports up to 10 Individual Members or up to 20 Student Members
  • Bronze: $900
    • Support Session track, general conference costs, or Closed Captioning (3 slots available for Closed Captioning Sponsorship)
    • Benefits include: 1 year Corporate Membership + Logo on website + Access to Attendee List Prior to Conference+ Place in Industry Partner Showcase for 1 month +¼ age ad in digital program + 2 minute video segment in breakout session and under Showcase listing
  •  Silver: $1,250
    •  Host one of our evening networking events (with up to 5 minutes of speaking time) + 1 year Corporate Membership + Logo on Website + Acknowledgement in General Session + Access to Attendee List Prior to Conference+ Place in Industry Partner Showcase for 1 month + ½ page size ad in digital program +2 minute video segment in Networking Event and on Showcase
  •  Gold: $2,500
    • Sponsor our Keynote, Weil Lecture, Annual Meeting + 1 year Corporate Membership + Logo on Website + 5 minute remarks during general session + Access to Attendee List Prior to Conference + Place in Industry Partner Showcase for 1 month + Full Page size ad in digital program+ 2 minute video segment in General Session and on Showcase
