Aegis has been providing project management, owner’s representative, and real estate advisory services through all phases of development to clients since 1980. We have offices in Philadelphia, PA; Wilmington, DE; and Bethlehem, PA.

The name Aegis means the protection, backing, or support of a particular person or organization, and is represented by the shield icon in our logo. We are unwavering advocates for our clients, operating under four guiding principles: advocacy, process, stewardship, and leadership.
