Zubatkin Owner Representation, A Cumming Group Company, specializes in the strategic development and management of capital construction projects for not-for-profit institutions and private development clients.

Our diverse portfolio includes collaborations with the American Museum of Natural History, National Museum of Mathematics, Buffalo AKG Art Museum, Guggenheim Foundation, Brooklyn Museum, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, Planet Word, Studio Museum in Harlem, Clark Art Institute, and USGA.

As project managers, we partner with our clients across all stages of the project life cycle – from initial strategic planning and feasibility assessments through design, exhibit integration / management, approvals, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout. Our in-house expertise includes program development, cost estimating, scheduling, and risk management.
