Collage Night with Art Installation Artist, Juan Hinojosa

When: Tuesday, April 21, 2020, 5:00 – 6:00 pm

Hinojosa will lead participants in making their own collages with unconventional, everyday materials, and will also give a brief introduction about his process and show examples of his work. Hinojosa will be working in real time, selecting materials and making design decisions, as he builds a collage. 

Collage materials can be found around your house, in your recycling bins, and in your junk drawers! In preparation for the event, please gather the following supplies:

• cereal boxes
• ribbon
• tape
• any paper
• newspapers
• magazines
• legos
• photos
• book sleeves
• old greeting or birthday cards
• old calendars
• any paper-like items!
• Glue and scissors or an Exacto knife are a must!
