Annual Conference Sponsorships

Sponsoring MAAM gives your organization or firm visibility to a wide audience and also helps Mid-Atlantic museum professionals make informed decisions for their institutions. Opportunities range from à la carte items, in-kind donations, and inclusive packages. Online and onsite recognition ensures that sponsors are celebrated for their contributions.

 

Sponsorship Packages

All sponsors packages receive the following benefits:

  • Logo, recognition, and link on MAAM website through September 2027

  • Recognition in conference app and digital program

  • Access to attendee list

Important Dates for 2026 Annual Conference

  • July 1, 2026: Sponsor opportunities become available 
  • September 11, 2026: Sponsor opportunities close
  • September 18, 2026: Ad Artwork, Sponsor logos, and social media content due 
  • October 5, 2026: A la carte items and in-kind donations due to MAAM (sent directly to conference venue)
  • October 6-8, 2026: MAAM Annual Conference & Meeting

  • Where will MAAM be hosting the Annual Conference? MAAM will be hosting 2026 Annual Conference in-person at the Douglass Student Center on the campus of Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey.
  • When is the deadline to sponsor? Sponsorship opportunities close on September 11, 2026.
  • How do I sponsor? Complete the Sponsorship Registration Form.
  • How do I pay for my sponsorship? Sponsorship payments, advertisement payments, and exhibitor payments may be processed by check mailed to the MAAM Office, or by Quickbooks by Intuit. A 3% transaction fee will be applied to all sponsor and/or exhibitor e-invoices processed online.
