Dedicated to sustainable development, Arup is a collective of designers, advisors and experts working globally. Founded to be humane and excellent, we collaborate with our museum clients and design collaborators using imagination, technology, and rigor to shape a better world. Our unsurpassed expertise in technical disciplines – acoustics; multimedia and lighting design; structural and mechanical engineering; façades; wayfinding; and more – allows us to provide practical insight throughout the life of a project.
Our extensive experience in creating unique museum spaces arises from a fascination with the way in which space can not only house art but also inspire artists in the creative process, ensuring that the functionality of art buildings is in line with the evolving concerns of artists, visitors, and institutions.
