Established in 1992, Seneca Group is a distinguished real estate advisory and project management firm, recognized for our leadership and concierge-level client service in various sectors including cultural, civic, education and corporate. We are a diverse team of 65 seasoned professionals, based primarily in Seattle and the D.C. area, with deep technical backgrounds in architecture, engineering, construction, historic renovation, development, finance, sustainability and facilities management. This dedicated team of now-project managers has an in-depth understanding of developing boutique projects including museums, large-scale sculptures, performing arts venues, public squares and parks, visitor centers, unique campuses, retail and destination hospitality.
